I've always known I have a passion for exploring new places and cultures, and working in the travel industry is a dream come true. Ensuring each client has a seamless holiday from the minute they book their trip, to organising all the finer details for the perfect holiday is so rewarding! Creating relationships with clients and agents is a key part of my client services role which I love, but planning concierge tops the list!
Most stand-out client experiences
One experience I won’t forget is an in-resort issue in Singapore that my client had. Unfortunately, there was a delay with our ground handlers-destination Asia transfers to the airport. After talking to the client and apologising that the transfer was not provided, our client was so understanding, and we offered a full refund of the service. I handled this situation very well and received some amazing client feedback:

My most memorable travel experience
Everything about my trip to Finland was nothing short of incredible. Meeting the native Sámi people in their homeland was quite fascinating. The husky sledding and seeing the northern lights were undoubtedly the highlights of my trip.
Finland is a bustling outdoor destination renowned for its amazing light phenomena that occur all year round, its expansive arctic environment, and Santa Claus – everything that I love. Overall, it just exudes a most magical vibe.
