About me

I was drawn to the travel industry by the possibilities that my career could take me to many exciting places, with the opportunity to experience a wide variety of different cultures and destinations. I love being able to work alongside such a brilliant and fun team here at Inspiring Travel. 

Stand-out client experiences

I’ll never forget the time I booked car hire for a client, who was travelling around America. Unfortunately, it didn’t go to plan when he had trouble collecting the car. I took the matter into my own hands and reassured the client whilst ensuring a new hire car for the family. Their plan was to travel along the Pacific Coast Highway in California, and I was able to arrange for a hamper to be sent to their first hotel, treats for their journey and a document with a map of the beautiful locations I had recommended.

This had a very positive impact on the clients’ overall experience, and he sent a lovely review when he arrived back home.

My most memorable travel experience

I have travelled to many destinations within Europe, but France has and will forever have my heart. A particular favourite was visiting Bordeaux, where I had the opportunity to explore 3 different vineyards in the Saint-Emilion area and taste their delicious wines. I also went to a beautiful, newly opened, independent restaurant in the centre of Bordeaux called Luna - this is an absolute must visit if ever you are there. Their incredible food was perfect to pair with Bordeaux’s finest wines.
