Managed by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, the clear waters of the Gulf of Oman and the mountains create a dramatic backdrop for this grand hotel, set in a prime location.

Guests can find the perfect spot to unwind on the two-mile stretch of private beach. Or the more intrepid can explore the local area with visits to the souks in the old city, the Grand Mosque and the restored ancient forts, all a short drive away.

The Palace was originally built to accommodate visiting heads of state and the high levels of service and comfort given to those rulers are still displayed to all its guests. All 250 rooms and suites are furnished to a high standard, mixing Arabian décor with contemporary fixtures, and all have their own private balcony with many also having spectacular views over the Gulf of Oman. For the ultimate in service, all suites offer exclusive butler service and a wide range of amenities.

For dining, Al Bustan Palace has four restaurants, serving a variety of international cuisine from all over the world to satisfy the most discerning palate. And for the energetic, the hotel offers the finest and most comprehensive sporting and leisure facilities in the Gulf region with a large variety of watersports, land sports and safaris, tennis and a large Health Club with gymnasium.

They have also taken strides in managing indoor air quality and air-conditioning systems to ensure optimal comfort without unnecessary waste.

Al Bustan Palace is devoted to limiting waste generation. They have significantly reduced the use of paper, plastic and supplies whenever possible, opting for sustainable alternatives.
