One&Only Royal Mirage boasts eight restaurants, four of which are based at The Palace. Sample fine Mediterranean cuisine at Olives, Moroccan-influenced flavours at Tagine, divine seafood and grills at the Beach Bar & Grill, and a variety of international specialities at Celebrities by Mauro Colagreco, a three Michelin starred chef.
