Six large bedrooms are scattered across Il Cocceto’s two floors. All are spacious, with both ensuite and dressing rooms. Two of the ground floor bedrooms, with queen-size, canopied beds, allow direct access outside, so that you can wake with the fresh light of morning and throw open the doors. You can also access the first floor via an outdoor staircase, where you will then encounter bedrooms four, five and six, all ensuites.

Two sitting rooms allow you to relax in total comfort. A dining area, which can seat up to 20 people, means that the focus on food and drink is ever-present here, too. A well-equipped kitchen is, of course, de rigueur. Exposed wood and original tile juxtapose perfectly against the fine detailing.

After enjoying your breakfast, saunter out toward the large swimming pool. Set in 6,000 square metres of garden, this is truly a garden of paradise set in the heart of Tuscany. The vegetable garden supplies the house with wonderful fresh produce for you to enjoy every day, and the dining terrace allows al fresco dining for 14 people, making for a perfect lunch spot in which to take in the astounding Tuscan surroundings.

A wood-fired oven also allows you to make the most of the Italian climate, enjoying every moment of living outdoors into the evening. Spend days lazing in the glimmering infinity pool, looking out across the rolling hills beyond.
