Day 1 - 2 | 12 – 13 January 2025 – Fly from UK to Miami

Arrive in Miami after your flight from the UK. You’ll be transferred to your luxury hotel where you’ll enjoy a two-night pre-cruise stay.

Day 3 | 14 January 2025 – Transfer to port and embark EXPLORA II

Transfer to the port to embark EXPLORA II after soaking up the cosmopolitan buzz of the Floridian coastal city.

Day 4 | 15 January 2025 – Day at Sea

In your home at sea, savour all that EXPLORA II has to offer you. From sampling all six restaurants and 12 bars and lounges and enjoying time on the expansive outdoor decks with the 64 private cabanas, four pools and numerous heated pools and whirlpool to browsing the art gallery, there’s plenty to occupy your day at sea.

Day 5 - 6 | 16 – 17 January 2025 – New Orleans

Immerse yourself in the melting pot of French, Spanish and American cultures while you explore the city of New Orleans. Walk through the streets of the French Quarter, famous for the cultural and modern architecture, jazz music filtering through the air and taste the flavours of world-renowned cuisine from Cajun to Creole dishes.

Day 7 | 18 January 2025 – Day at Sea

Spend the day swimming in the ship’s indoor and outdoor pools including the whirlpool, and unwind at the tranquil spa, or enjoy the thrilling casino come evening. Soak in the sweeping ocean views from the extensive outdoor decks with their private cabanas, or keep up with your fitness in the gym, which is full of premium equipment.

Day 8 | 19 January 2025 – Cozumel

Step onto Mexican land, just off the coast of Yucatan Peninsula, and take in what the beautiful island of Cozumel has to offer. From scuba-perfect sapphire-blue waters, home to Mesoamerican Reef, to picturesque hiking routes around the marshlands, you’ll be in awe of this island’s natural beauty. Explore the culture through exquisite cuisine, meet the friendly locals and visit the temple ruins of San Gervasio.

Day 9 - 10 | 20 - 21 January 2025 – Progreso

Progreso

Enjoy an overnight stay in Progreso, a port city in Yucatan which is home to the rich history, customs and culture of the ancient Mayan civilisation. Spend your time exploring the unique architecture, breathtaking landscapes and Mayan exhibits and delve into the fascinating past of the city. Marvel at the Chichen Itza, explore the Temple of the Seven Dolls and much more.

Day 11 | 22 January 2025 – Day at Sea

Whilst at sea, EXPLORA II will provide plenty of entertainment options to keep you busy. When you’re not feasting on the divine views from your floor-to-ceiling windows in your elegant suite, be sure to immerse in the culinary classes of Chef’s Kitchen, or browse in the shops on board.

Day 12 | 23 January 2025 – Ocean Cay

Ocean Cay

Your final stop is Ocean Cay, The MSC Cruises’ private island in the Bahamas and the perfect oasis for a recharge before heading home. Take it easy with some snorkelling in the crystal clear water, or take a relaxing walk to the marina or lighthouse. Take in the pretty views of the pastel-coloured buildings and end your day sipping on some beachside rum and cocktails, listening to the breeze sway the palm trees.
