Full accommodation information

This grand Edwardian hotel dates back to 1904 and was the first to be built in Victoria Falls. Today it retains all of its period character whilst also offering the modern comforts expected by discerning clientele.

Set within extensive, manicured gardens, the hotel boasts a simply superb location, with unobstructed views of Victoria Falls Bridge and the spray rising up from this iconic waterfall. Victoria Falls Rainforest is also only a ten minute walk away.

Accommodation is tastefully appointed, retaining its old world charm with added modern conveniences, such as air-conditioning and 24-hour room service. Couples may choose to opt for a spacious and romantic Honeymoon Suite, or charming Stables Room. The Presidential Suite is the hotel's grandest residence, offering luxurious fittings and stunning views.

When not out exploring, guests can relax around the secluded Edwardian pool. Lined with columned alcoves, this space is truly evocative of centuries past. Close by is Jungle Junction, an open-air restaurant offering African fusion food and nightly entertainment.

For an evening of refined dining, sample the 7-course degustation menu in the illustrious surrounds of the grand and stylish Livingstone Room; you'll truly feel like a member of the Edwardian elite! Lighter meals and a traditional high tea are served on Stanley's Terrace, with its breathtaking view of the falls beyond.

A stay here would make the perfect accompaniment to a luxury safari holiday, or as part of a luxury honeymoon in southern Africa.
