In summer 2016, BBC2 aired The Millionaires’ Holiday Club; a ‘behind the scenes’ look at the glamourous world of luxury holidays.
The show provided viewers with an insight into the passion, enthusiasm and hard work that goes into making every client’s holiday the best it can be. And the tour operator starring in this luxury travel show? The Inspiring Travel Company!
Following clients on made-to-measure holidays, viewers joined well-heeled travellers and were whisked away to destinations from Barbados to Bangkok. Filming started in September 2015, when the BBC crew began following former Inspiring Travel Company CEO, Jennifer Atkinson and selecting Inspiring Travel Company team members for the show, along with the true stars; some of our valued clients.

Caribbean Cruising
Imagine going on holiday to some of the most exclusive destinations money can buy. Well, in episode one of this two-part journey, viewers were transported to the shining sun and shimmering sands of the Caribbean.
Jane and her partner, Michael had retired to spend their time travelling the world in ultimate comfort, and luxury cruising is their favourite way to see the world. They set off on a Christmas cruise around the Caribbean islands with SeaDream Cruises.
This was their 54th journey with SeaDream, and the were treated to the signature stamp of refined luxury that they have come to expect. Along the way, Jane and Michael enjoyed stunning views, impeccable service, divine dining, and special events like the Champagne Splash welcome party and the cruise’s legendary Champagne and caviar party on the beach.
Journey to Jamaica
Also receiving its much-deserved screen time in episode one was the beautiful island of Jamaica.
After spending much of the year hard at work on their Somerset fruit farm, Mervyn and Heather dreamt of a precious week spent in paradise. Knowing that their time away needed to be picture perfect our Travel Specialists arranged for them to stay in one of the most famous hotels in Jamaica, the Jamaica Inn.

Beauty in Barbados
Romance and love were the order of the day in the second episode of The Millionaire’s Holiday Club. Over the course of their sixteen-year relationship, Richard and Martyn have stayed in some of the most lavish destinations in the world, so our Travel Specialists had to pull out all the stops to give them a holiday of a lifetime in Barbados. Especially when Richard let slip that he was planning to propose to Martyn while they were away!

Over the course of The Millionaire’s Holiday Club viewers got to follow several members of the Inspiring Travel Company as they travelled the world seeking out incredible luxury experiences. In episode one, our luxury experts went on a research trip to the Seychelles. They stayed at North Island, the honeymoon destination of Prince William and Kate Middleton and one of the most luxurious holiday destinations in the world. In episode two the luxury exploration continued for our knowledgeable staff.
