Steenberg Hotel & Spa is located in the picturesque Constantia valley, a luxury boutique property located on the Steenberg Estate, the Capes oldest wine farm. A destination steeped in heritage and full of history it’s buildings that date back to 1682, have been restored to an incredibly high standard and have now been declared a national monument.

Just 25 minutes from the city centre but a world away from the noise of a big city, Steenberg offers absolute luxury in a wonderfully peaceful setting. In addition to the hotel the estate is home to 2 premier award-winning restaurants, Tryn which offers exquisite Cape Continental Cuisine and Bistro Sixteen82 offering bistro style dining at the cellar door. The wine tasting room is located at the entrance to BistroSixteen82 helping make this the perfect venue for a long lazy lunch.

The estate is also home to a renowned 18-hole championship golf course, a Ginkgo Spa and a stylish swimming pool.

 

The original buildings have been converted to house just 24 rooms; including a 2-bedroom and a 3-bedroom villa each with a private pool. The suites are unique in design and beautifully styled.
