Itinerary

On arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. This afternoon explore the Traditional Art & Ethnology Center. Next join in a traditional game of petanque with the locals. This is a great time for adults and kids, with great local interaction opportunities. As the day comes to an end you can climb the stairs of Mount Phousi and watch the sun set over the city and surrounding hills. Transfer back your hotel, stopping along the way at the hill tribe evening market for some shopping.
After breakfast, you have a short transfer to our electric powered bike station. After it is time to start your discovery of Luang Prabang. Start your tour with a visit to Wat Visoun. We will also visit Wat Aham, Wat Mai, Wat Sene and finish the morning with a visit to Wat Xieng Thong temple. Enjoy lunch at L’Elephant. This afternoon cycle to the Lao village of Ban Xieng Leck. Cycle back to Luang Prabang for sunset. After dropping off the bikes you will be transferred to your hotel
Your guide will meet you at your hotel for a special dawn visit to watch the monks collecting alms in the old streets of Luang Prabang. After breakfast you will be transferred to a private longtail boat ride up the Mekong River.Two hours upstream from Luang Prabang, disembark to visit the famous Pak Ou Caves. Lunch at Tamarind. This afternoon, enjoy a visit to Kuang Si Waterfall, after leisurely time at the waterfalls, transfer back to your hotel in Luang Prabang.
This morning enjoy time at leisure to explore the shops and cafes before your transfer to the airport for your flight to the capital; Vientiane. On arrival your guide and private car will meet you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is at leisure in Vientiane. Vientiane is one of the quietest capital cities in the world, far away from the hustle and bustle of other Asian capitals! Take a stroll along the Mekong and enjoy one of the excellent restaurants.
Staying at   Ansara
Note: this tour can be done in an air-conditioned car/van, or you can choose to travel on a bicycle. Your tour begins at the serene Wat Sisaket temple, continue on to the nearby Wat Phra Keo. Also nearby, is the Presidential Palace and Wat Simuang. Enjoy a Lao-style lunch at Tamnak Lao. After, continue to visit COPE; an association working to help landmine victims. Continue to the Patuxay monument and finally to That Luang, the holiest site in Laos.
After breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for your direct flight to Phnom Penh, on arrival at the airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Take a cyclo ride through the French Quarter and head to Wat Phnom, the birthplace of Phnom Penh on the only hill in the city. After head to the riverside area of Phnom Penh, in the early evening activities take place including Khmer dancing and plenty of snacking on local food. Enjoy dinner at Romdeng (B,D)
Gain insight into Cambodia’s recent dark history on a visit to the remarkable Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum. Enjoy lunch at the renowned Foreign Correspondents’ Club. In the afternoon, pay a visit to the Apsara Arts Association. After, you will have a tour to the most remarkable sights of Phnom Penh. Your first stop is at the Royal Palace, then continue to the National Museum. The rest of the day is free for you to relax at the hotel or visit the local markets for a bit of shopping.
Transfer after breakfast to the airport for the short flight to Siem Reap. On arrival you will be met by your local guide for a short transfer to the hotel. After a break in the afternoon you will visit the famous Angkor Wat. Angkor Wat is well known for the more than 2,000 Apsara dancers decorating the temple. Construction is thought to have taken around thirty years of intensive labor. Return to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure. Accommodation: Heritage Suites
After breakfast, head out to the temples of the Roluos Group. Here, in a small contemporary pagoda, Buddhist monks will celebrate a private blessing ceremony for you, wishing you health and a safe journey. Break up your day with lunch at Sala Bai. This afternoon, explore the highlights of the Small Circuit. Start with a visit to Ta Prohm temple, your visit will also include Banteay Kdei, Preah Khan Temple and Neak Pean. Return to your hotel. Accommodation: Heritage Suites.
Early today, travel to the temple of Banteay Srei, on the way back, you will have the possibility to stop at local communities. This afternoon, visit the ancient city of Angkor Thom by local tuk tuk. From here, continue to Bayon Temple in the exact center of the city. Enjoy a farewell dinner at Cuisine Wat Damnak (closed Sunday/Monday in low season/Monday in high season), a unique opportunity to sample Cambodian food at its best.  Accommodtion:Heritage Suites.

This morning, embark on a  boat trip on Tonlé Sap Lake, where you will have the opportunity to learn about life on the lake. Board a local boat and visit Kampong Phluck, a village where you will see houses on stilts that are submerged when Tonlé Sap Lake extends. (the boat trip is only possible from June-March. However an alternative floating village can be arranged). Return to Siem Reap, where you can enjoy leisure time until your transfer to the airport in a Vintage Mercedes. (B)
