Set on 32 acres by the beach on the Kohala Coast of Big Island, the Fairmont Orchid is an iconic Hawaiian hotel offering over 500 guest rooms and a great selection of dining options.
The Fairmont Orchid welcomes families as well as couples and honeymooners to this glorious destination on the island.
Many rooms at the Fairmont Orchid feature furnished lanai’s (balconies) from where it is possible to enjoy garden or partial and full ocean views.
Leaving your well decorated room, enjoy some of the facilities on offer at the hotel including the two golf courses built on ancient lava beds and offering spectacular playing terrain. If golf does not take your fancy, go snorkelling, take scuba diving lessons, enjoy hula dancing or a lei making session.
In the afternoon, see the Hawaiian green sea turtles on the beach. Children can enjoy the year round kids program whilst you relax in the Spa where there are massage huts and oceanfront cabanas too for treatments.
Dining takes place at a choice at seven establishments; start the day with breakfast at The Orchid Court, and a fine dining meal is a must at the award-winning Brown's Beach House Restaurant.

Fairmont Rooms are 552 square feet and feature a 42 inch flat screen television, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, marble bathroom with tub and shower, a private, furnished lanai and a king or two queen beds. There is a garden view from the lanai.
Ocean View Room
Ocean View Rooms offer a partial Pacific ocean view from the lanai and a king or two queen beds.
Deluxe Ocean View Room
Deluxe Ocean View Rooms have a Pacific ocean view from the lanai and it is located on floors four or higher.
Signature Ocean Front Room
