Built in a charming Goan-Portuguese style and in the style of a village, as the name suggests, there are a range of 142 recently refurbished cottages and villas including the; Superior Charm Cottage with Balcony or Sit Out, Premium Indulgence Cottage Garden View or Sea View, Deluxe Allure Villa Garden View and Premium Temptation Villa Sea View.
In the central village area, there are restaurants, a pool, fitness centre and signature Jiva Spa. Children can dine at Jungle Jam situated beside the kids play area. Caravela serves Mediterranean and North Indian cuisine, Beach House has a Goan and seafood menu and there is also Drift Bar.
