Enjoy all three meals as part of your stay at Chobe Under Canvas. Feast on Pan-African cuisine under a canopy of stars, prepared on an open fire, as you gaze into the magnificent blaze. Enjoy sitting with other guests in the spacious dining tent and quench your thirst with a range of beverages from the mobile bar, including soft drinks, house wines and delicious frosted beers.

Chobe Under Canvas is all about getting guests up close and personal with the region’s incredible wildlife.

Set off across the wildlife-rich landscapes of Botswana in a 4x4 vehicle and track your favourite animals with the help of the camp’s expert guides. These interpretive expeditions are tailored to you and your preferences, whether you’re searching for a particular species or simply want to linger longer at some viewing spots.

The camp also offers one photographic river boat safari cruise per stay. Float along the iconic Chobe River in a super-stable Pangolin Voyager fitted with 360-degree rotating chairs and camera mounts. Capture stunning images of the wildlife along the riverbanks and take home treasured memories of your time in the African bush.

The camp boasts a feather-light environmental footprint with no electricity, solar-powered lighting, bucket showers and meals that are prepared over hot coals.

Beyond offering an impact-light safari experience, Chobe Under Canvas also supports numerous community projects, such as ‘In Search of Water’ which helps to source water for two isolated communities in rural Botswana.
