Full accommodation information

Situated as it is on fashionable Wilshire Boulevard near Santa Monica and Rodeo Drive, easily explored with complimentary Rolls Royce transfers to local hotspots.

Inside this five-star Los Angeles bolthole, you’ll find tall, grand ceilings illuminated by dazzling chandeliers, polished marble below and all-white surrounding walls. Huge indoor bouquets and potted trees, sculptures and murals then help set the contemporary tone throughout, a trend that continues from the lobby and lounge up to the Waldorf’s glamorous rooftop swimming pool and bar.

Guestrooms and suites offer more of the same. Even entry-level Superior King Rooms feature a large terrace, luxe bathrooms with both a tub and walk-in rain shower, sizeable floorplans plus plenty of in-room amenities and smart controls to continue the modern theme of this standout LA hotel.

Bright white linens, huge windows and minimalist furnishings also enhance a sense of space, leaving you with room and suite options that feel much bigger than average.

Then there’s the superb La Prairie Spa with its signature treatments, gym and beauty salon, leaving you fully at one to then enjoy a truly great gastronomic experience at Jean Georges Restaurant, a Michelin-standard fine-dining eatery that is considered one of the finest in LA.

The same can also be said of that irresistible rooftop bar and pool – if for nothing more than the fantastic panoramic views – and indeed Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills in general, a contemporary-cool luxury LA hotel that is both perfectly placed and seamlessly well-run.

All guestrooms and suites at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills are extremely well-equipped with in-room smart controls, espresso machines, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speakers and a minibar. Each is generous in size too, allowing for large bathrooms with both a tub and walk-in rain shower, either open-plan or separate living areas, one king-size or two queen-size beds and views of either Beverly Hills or Hollywood to be enjoyed from your furnished terrace. Some of the suites come with multiple bedrooms if travelling to LA as a family, though all are finished to the same high standard and polished interior design.

Superior Guestroom

Superior Guestroom

The Superior Guestroom is a delightfully open space, complete with French windows, a furnished terrace and views over Beverly Hills between floors three and five of the hotel. This, in addition to twin vanity sinks, mosaic-tiled and marble bathrooms plus all other standard in-room extras.
Deluxe Guestroom

Deluxe Guestroom

Similar in size and layout as the Superior option, Deluxe Guestrooms are located between floors six and twelve so benefit from elevated Hollywood and Beverly Hills views.
Beverly Hills Guestroom

Beverly Hills Guestroom

The Beverly Hills Guestroom has a slightly larger floorplan compared with previous categories, though also guarantees some of the best views form their furnished terraces.
Suites

Suites

Suites at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills come in a range of categories, including corner options, those with up to three bedrooms and separate lounge areas too. The floorplan and terraces – some with a wraparound balcony – in each are large and views always the best the hotel has to offer.
Penthouse Suites

Penthouse Suites

The three Penthouse Suites are exceptional spaces, with floorplans ranging from 1,200 to over 3,500sq ft, including a lounge and dining room, large marble bathrooms and at least one balcony plus unbeatable views of the Hollywood Hills.

The Waldorf’s La Prairie Spa, beauty salon and extensive gym certainly stand among its more noteworthy onsite facilities, with a huge range of relaxation and massage treatments on offer in a sleek, marble-clad space. A rooftop pool, Jacuzzi and bar then provide some of the best views of LA you are ever likely to find, while elsewhere the service and amenity list at Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills includes a House of Bijan boutique, local Rolls Royce transfers, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, valet parking, unpacking and room service plus a supremely attentive concierge.

 Jean Georges Restaurant

Jean Georges Restaurant

Michelin-standard chef Jean Georges showcases his hypnotic plates of fine dining food at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, courtesy of an onsite signature restaurant. The space itself is open and light, thanks to walls of glass, bright white pillars and cream coloured marble, which all works beautifully with the indoor potted trees and oversized foliage throughout. The menu here is changeable though always of an exceptional standard, from breakfast through to evening service. So the caviar-infused sushi is delicate and Asian-inspired seafood dishes just perfect on a warm evening, there are zingy salads, fire-roasted pizza topped with black truffle, prime cuts from the grill, organic juices and homemade pastries, the list goes on, though with a reputation as a leading, cutting-edge chef you can be sure of a gastronomic experience to remember at Jean Georges Restaurant.

The Rooftop by JG

The Rooftop by JG

The Rooftop by JG is one of the best bars in Beverly Hills, for the aerial LA views alone. The bar area is bedecked in fashionable sofas, comfy armchairs and marble-topped coffee tables, making it a supreme place to enjoy a lazy afternoon or evening cocktail as LA spreads out below you in every direction. There’s a gourmet bistro-style food menu here too, serving everything from posh hot dogs in brioche buns and homemade sides to vegan salad bowls of superfood grains and seasonal extras. Around the corner, a glam outdoor swimming pool and surrounding all-white sunbeds only add to the uber-cool ambience here.

Lobby Lounge

Lobby Lounge

A nicely sophisticated though entirely laidback area, the Waldorf’s ground floor Lobby Lounge serves afternoon tea and nibbles, though is also a good place to start your evening with a glass of wine before heading out for dinner.

Jean Georges Beverly Hills Bar

Jean Georges Beverly Hills Bar

Situated next door to the hotel though following the same refinement and atmosphere as onsite Jean Georges Restaurant, this namesake bar is a chic spot of signature cocktails and fine dining light bites alike. There’s a dizzyingly long drinks menu here, and a standard of finger food you don’t often find in what is essentially a cocktail lounge. This means that your Manhattan, Old Fashioned or Pina Colada can come accompanied by Ahi Tuna with crushed avocado, crispy sea trout sushi or broccoli and chorizo pizza, to name a few popular staples on their changeable menu.

The onsite entertainment at Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills centres around the Michelin-star gastronomy of Jean Georges, live piano music Wednesday to Saturday and that irresistible rooftop swimming pool, sundeck, private cabanas and bar. The hotel does also put on a host of themed evenings, special events and brunches which are always fun, though being located on Wilshire Boulevard you’ll be right in the middle of the action, close to Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hills’ best shopping districts.
