Hotel information
For a grown-up winter escape, it doesn’t get better than Javri Lodge. Located in the northernmost reaches of Finnish Lapland, this adult-only chalet is intimate, cosy and beautifully luxurious. Just 13 rooms guarantee an air of exclusivity, with the choice of one of six double rooms, the trio of Presidential Suites and the four SkyView Suites. There’s a cosy lounge, a traditional Finnish sauna and a swimming pool to enjoy, should you not be able to tear yourself away from the property’s charm.
The lodge can also be hired out exclusively – perhaps for a group of friends or for a big multi-generational family getaway. Children are welcome when the lodge is exclusively rented, making it a fantastic choice for family holidays to Lapland.
Whether you’re husky sledding, snowmobiling, tobogganing or cross-country skiing, you’ll never find time to be bored. Groups of up to ten guests can take part in a selection of organised activities to get the best out of the surrounds, that are some of the most breathtaking in Europe. The lodge has the second largest National Park in Finland on its doorstep, so exploring is endlessly rewarding. In fact, this is a wonderful place to visit even during the summer months, when hiking, foraging and gold panning are on offer.
