Four restaurants offer a variety of great cuisine; Le Plaisir is an airy restaurant serving a freshly-cooked array of dishes in a buffet-style, while the Ronde café serves delicious American-style breakfasts and classic cocktails. Shisen serves traditional Sichuanese delicacies, using healthy cooking techniques, and Kyoyamatoya showcases classic Japanese cuisine in authentic surroundings.

Housing a staggering 988 rooms, New Miyako Hotel’s accommodation is split into three sections, each offering comfortable furnishings, serene interiors and traditional Kyoto touches.

Various sizes of rooms are available with plush single, double or twin beds, while a triple room can also be arranged. The Japanese Style Room sleeps up to 5 guests, showcasing traditional, tranquil Japanese décor.

The Premium Floor features a selection of mellow rooms, again based on local inspiration from Kyoto. Choose from single, double, twin or triple rooms, as well as two elegant suites with luxurious king-size beds and spacious, separate sitting areas.
South Wing

The South Wing is home to the New Miyako’s premium accommodation, combining traditional Japanese elements with modern amenities. Large windows look out over the gardens or charming courtyard. Twin and Double Rooms can be chosen from, while there is also the option of the Luxury Room, located on the top floor and boasting special extra touches. The Family Room, meanwhile, is designed especially for little ones, sleeping up to four people.
