Enjoy hands-on, educational insight into the careful creation of beautifully organic wines at Voyager Estate in the Margaret River region. This five-hour experience lets you explore the vineyard’s vast variety of grapes, and learn how they are transformed into delicious wines.

First, out in the leafy vineyards, you’ll get to know the subtle differences between each variety of grape, how they grow and the seasonal influences that help them to thrive. Follow this with a private tasting experience, where you’ll be served generous glasses of the finest organic Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sauvignon Blanc Semillon. Once you’re well acquainted with the wine, learn the basics of food and wine matching. This fine art will then be put into practice for you at the Top-5 WA Rated Restaurant, where you’ll enjoy a wine-paired menu, offering refined light bites of incredible quality. All the food is sustainable and locally sourced. Finally, get a glimpse of the estate’s extensive sparkling wine collection in the underground cellar, and savour a glass of your preferred varietal.
