Why not trek along the glorious coastline on horseback or enjoy a ride in a glass-bottomed boat and spot a host of fish and sea creatures in the teeming waters?

In a lesser known area of the south-western Peloponnese, Costa Navarino lays claim to a breathtaking, sun-drenched landscape, almost untouched by mass tourism. Explore the majestic natural beauty on a gentle boat ride or cycle tour along the coast. Fans of ‘Horrible Histories’ and Greek legends will love visiting UNESCO World Heritage sites, including Olympia, Mystras, and the Temple of Apollo Epicurius, which are all within driving distance.

The largest of the Greek islands, Crete boasts impressive scenery, clear blue seas, traditional villages and a host of activities providing interest and entertainment for all. Spend the day at one of the island’s four water parks for thrilling water rides and splish-splash fun in the sun. Or if you’d like to learn more about Cretan culture and tradition the Lychnostatis Open Air Museum is a great, interactive experience for all the family.

In the north-eastern corner of Greece, the trident peninsular of Halkidiki has gained the title of the ‘Greek Riviera’ for its white sand beaches, crystal clear waters and many fine restaurants and hotels.
