Full accommodation information

It’s just too easy to fall in love with Auberge du Soleil, an adults-only, multi-award-winning Napa Valley wine lodge that serves up Michelin-star food, timeless views and a super-luxe spa.

Auberge du Soleil is the type of boutique resort you may find yourself coming back to time and again.

Such is the ambience, the standard and style of interior design, those views from the swimming pool and sun terrace, the number of activities and the feel of each spacious guestroom. This summery retreat really does encourage a slightly slower pace of life, as wine tours and fine dining lunches, time in the spa or waltzing through the grounds and interesting sculpture garden always reign supreme.

There is an upmarket though homely atmosphere to much of Auberge du Soleil.

Guestrooms and suites, for example, exhibit a warm yet contemporary style, with both indoor and outdoor bathrooms, bespoke artworks and a furnished terrace for everyone, though also exposed beams, fireplaces, country estate ornaments and comfy armchairs too.

Then there’s the food, as during your stay at Auberge du Soleil you’ll be treated to an award-winning Michelin-star restaurant that showcases fine seasonal produce to unforgettable effect, matched by a 15,000-bottle wine cellar and – if that weren’t enough – spectacular valley views from both the restaurant’s terrace and nearby bistro bar.

This is also a boutique Napa wine lodge that offers more than just its surrounding vineyards, with a phenomenal spa and wellness centre complete with hot and cold spring baths, a steam room and long list of massage treatments available, plus that gorgeous pool; ornamental gardens; walking and cycling trails; tennis courts; two championship golf courses and the shop till you drop highlights of Downtown Napa.

Auberge du Soleil excels in its range of accommodation options, as each of these beautifully designed spaces have an inviting country mansion feel to them. They are also very well equipped with a fireplace, deep-soak tub and shower, furnished terrace and healthy list of mod-cons such as Bose Bluetooth speakers and flat-screen TVs as standard. The larger options – including private Maisons – go on to flaunt separate lounge areas, multiple bedrooms and large outdoor living spaces too, with all enjoying either valley, hillside or garden views.
