Full accommodation information

Immerse yourself in the staggering beauty of Arizona’s red rock landscapes at Enchantment Resort, a five-star haven tucked beside Boynton Canyon with the Mii Amo Spa and Seven Canyons Golf Club for company.

Channelling a spiritual energy emanating from the desert, Enchantment Resort truly is a special place to stay in the Southwest USA, inspired by the wild landscape and Native American heritage of this evocative region.

After driving through the eye-popping red rock country of Sedona, or perhaps relishing a birds-eye-view on a light aircraft, arrive at this five-star desert resort which blends into the landscape with its terracotta facades and lush gardens. The accommodation, which comes in the form of Casitas, continue this nod to the hotel’s surroundings by incorporating stone, wood-burning fireplaces and wood-beamed ceilings, making for a rather special place to stay here in the middle of the wilderness.

Enchantment Resort then goes on to offer a bewildering array of activities to take advantage of, many maximising the location (think thrilling hikes, bike rides, 4x4 tours and helicopter flights) and local culture (art workshops, Native American rituals and cookery classes, to name a few).

The same can be said for the kids club, which encourages little ones to engage with their surroundings through experiences such as stargazing, treasure hunts, yoga, pottery and crafts – they can even make their own dream catchers to take home after your trip.

When it comes to facilities, the adjacent golf club, Seven Canyons, and gong-garnering spa Mii Amo are just the start. There are also five tennis courts, three swimming pools, a handful of top-notch restaurants and bars, plus a fitness centre with a wide range of classes to try out. Most importantly, no matter where you are at Enchantment Resort, you have the startling, fire-hued rocks of Boynton Canyon for company; a stunning sight you could never tire of.

Each ‘Casita’ or suite at Enchantment Resort is a light and airy space with views of Boynton Canyon from a private terrace, and most come with separate walk-in showers plus deep-soak tubs in the en suites. You can also expect Mii Amo Spa toiletries, a minibar, flat-screen TV, sliding windows and either king or queen-size beds, with atmospheric fireplaces and wood-beamed ceilings in most options, creating a notably cosy ambience.

Enchantment Resort is home to Mii Amo, an award-winning spa which draws on these Sedona surroundings, harnessing the power of the desert within its many treatments and therapies. As well as massages, facials, wraps and rituals, there’s a steam room, salt cave, sauna, hot tub, lap pools (indoor and outdoor), gym and relaxation zones. Also close at hand is the Seven Canyons Golf Club, flaunting an impressive 18-hole course designed by Tom Weiskopf in the shadow of red craggy rocks, plus a clubhouse with restaurant, lounge and terrace. There are then five outdoor tennis courts at Enchantment Resort, also benefitting from those stunning canyon views, and a kids club that encourages children to engage with both their surroundings and local culture. On top of all this, the hotel has three swimming pools to frolic in while relishing red rock panoramas, of course.

Che Ah Chi

Che Ah Chi

This restaurant, which is named after Boynton Canyon in the Apache language, celebrates years of culinary traditions in the Southwest, giving it all a decidedly contemporary twist to bring every dish up to date. Dine on rustic stone plates and wooden boards in a light-drenched space that overlooks the ethereal red rocks, and pair it all with a fine wine, naturally.

For more cultural immersions, take advantage of Enchantment Resort’s other experiences such as cookery classes, sommelier wine tastings, art workshops, chanting, meditation, evening lectures, stargazing and participating in their local conservation programs.
