Step into the Maligne Canyon in Jasper National Park, a wintery wonderland of frozen waterfalls, ice caves, ice formations and glaciers you can admire as you walk. Spanning over 11,000 square kilometres, this is the largest national park in the Canadian Rockies, with plenty of beauty held within it. Follow the steady path of the 50 metre gorge, the deepest in the park, on a mostly downhill route as the stunning sights pass you by. The route is suitable for all abilities, so all the family can enjoy the experience together. All your hiking equipment will be provided, including helmets, boots and cleats. Your expert tour guide will lead the way, offering in depth advice to keep you on track. The amazing icewalk consists of a 2.3km hike, and will take roughly two-and-a-half-hours to complete - plenty of time to admire your frosty surrounds.
