The Willow Stream Spa is the perfect place to enjoy treatments in this beautifully decorated spa with waterfalls, whilst the renowned 18 hole Stanley Thompson golf course with fantastic views and the 9 hole Tunnel Mountain course are open from May through to October each year.

For when you're ready to ascend the mountains for your ski adventure on the slopes, the lift to Norquay is situated just 15 minutes away, Sunshine Village lift is 20 minutes away and the life to Lake Louise is 40 minutes away.

Fairmont Banff Springs offers nine dining options including the 1888 Chop House, the Castello Ristorante serving Italian classics, enjoy alpine cuisine at Waldhaus Restaurant and in the summer months a good old southern BBQ is served at Stanley’s Smokehouse Restaurant which boasts views of the golf course itself and great dining.

For piste dining, it is only a 15-minute walk to Norquay. Equally, you can take a 20-minute walk to Sunshine Village, for 40 minutes to Lake Louise.

Fairmont Gold Suites are located on the 4th & 5th floors of the main hotel with easy access to the Fairmont Gold Lounge and hotel facilities. These suites feature an elegantly appointed spacious living room with a double pullout sleeper couch and separate master bedroom with king bed. Rooms on the Fairmont Gold Floor do not have baths.

Fairmont Gold Junior Suite

Sleeps: 3 Adults

These spacious and contemporary Junior Suites feature an open plan bedroom and large living room area, with luxury bathrooms featuring granite vanity units and body spray showers (Fairmont Gold Rooms do not have bathtubs). Most Junior Suites feature a king bed with some also offer a pullout sleeper couch. The views from these Junior Suites vary from forest to mountain.

Fairmont Gold Mountain View Room

Sleeps: 4 Adults

Enjoy spectacular views of Bow and Spray Valleys along with Tunnel Mountain from the large windows. These rooms are located on the 4th & 5th floors of the main building with easy access to the hotel facilities and the Fairmont gold Lounge where you can have a complimentary continental breakfast, tea, coffee and canapes.Rooms on the Fairmont Gold Floor only feature showers in their bathrooms and do not have bathtubs.

Vice Regal Suite

This opulent and regal accommodation is the ultimate in castle experiences. The Regal Suite is a two bedroom heritage style accommodation with distinctive architectural detail. Spectacular views of bow and Spray Valleys can be enjoyed from the elegant living room. The master bedroom comes with a king bed whilst the second room has two twin beds, there is also a pullout sleeper couch in the living room.

Fairmont Gold Room

Sleeps: 4 Adults

The Fairmont Gold Rooms are located throughout the 4th & 5th floors of the main building allowing easy access to the Fairmont Gold Lounge and hotel amenities. The luxurious bathrooms include a granite vanity, slate flooring and body spray showers. Fairmont Gold Rooms do not have bathtubs. Views are limited and of the hotel grounds and buildings.

Two Bedroom Suite

Sleeps: 6 Adults

These are ideal for families or friends travelling together. The suites feature two separate bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with twin beds, plus some suites also include a double pullout sleeper couch. The One Bedroom Suites are seriously spacious and located in the main building, offering a variety of views of the forest or mountains. Each suite offers a separate living room and bedroom, some suites feature a double sleeper couch in the living room.

Terrace Suite

Modern decor, luxurious bedrooms and a grand living space make these Terrace Suites some of the most sought after at Fairmont Banff Springs. Bathrooms with whirlpool bathtubs and a large outdoor terrace with spectacular views of the mountains and Bow Valley really do make it worth upgrading to this category of room.

Stanley Thompson Mountain View Suite

Sleeps: 4 Adults

These homely suites are located in the Stanley Thompson Wing which is connected to the main hotel building and is within easy walking distance of the main facilities. These suites feature a separate bedroom and living room area and are a great option for smaller families or those staying a little longer and seeking a little more space.

Junior Suite Mountain View

Sleeps: 3 Adults

These extremely spacious Junior Suites are located in the main building at Fairmont Banff Springs. They feature a defined bedroom and living area and offer spectacular mountain views.

Stanley Thompson Suite

Sleeps: 4 Adults

Decorated in a more traditional style, these suites offer a home from home feel. Located in the Stanley Thompson Wing, all the hotel main amenities are within easy walking distance. Views are limited to the hotel buildings and grounds.

Signature Mountain View Room

Sleeps: 2 Adults

The elegant Signature Rooms are located in the main hotel building and offer picturesque views of the surrounding mountains. These rooms feature ornate chandeliers & artwork and crown mould coving and ceiling roses.

Stanley Thompson Deluxe Mountain View Room

Named in honour of the Canadian golf course architect, Stanley Thompson, these rooms are located in the Stanley Thompson Wing which is connected to the main hotel building and within easy walking distance of the hotels facilities. These rooms are quite spacious and suitable for guests that are staying a little longer and would like a little more space. These rooms have limited views of the hotel grounds and buildings.

Deluxe Room

Deluxe Rooms are located in the main building and are 28 square metres featuring a king size, a queen size or two queen size beds as well as woodland or castle like courtyard views.

Deluxe Mountain View Room

Deluxe Mountain View Rooms are 28 square metres and feature a king size, a queen size or two queen or double beds and mountain views of the Bow Valley or Spray Valley.

The Fairmont Mountain View Room is 19 square metres and features either a king size, a queen size, a queen and a twin or two twin size beds as well as mountain views of the Bow Valley or Spray Valley.

Cozy Fairmont Rooms are ideally suited for individuals or couples and located throughout the resort, with limited views of the hotel grounds and buildings.

The Willow Stream Spa at Fairmont Banff Springs has been awarded many accolades including Trip Advisors Certificate of Excellence and No.1 Canada Top Hotel Spa by Travel & LeisureWorld's best Awards 2015. The spa covers 3,530 square meters and features 23 treatment rooms, separate men's and women's whirlpools, steam rooms, saunas and eucalyptus inhalation rooms.

Other facilities include an indoor European mineral pool, outdoor whirlpool, 3 waterfall treatment whirlpools and spa terraces. Customised massage experiences, signature treatments, facial and body scrubs and couples packages are all available at the Willow Stream Spa.

Access to the spa facilities, steam rooms and mineral pool are complimentary with the purchase of most spa services, alternatively, you are able to purchase a day pass to use these facilities.
