Full accommodation information

Designed by award-winning architect Tom Kundig, this European chalet-style hotel has the feel of a cosy alpine lodge that’s been given a modern 21st-century makeover.

Based in the heart of the luxury, ski-only resort of Deer Valley, this family-owned hotel from Auberge Resorts Collection offers a superb base for skiing on the impeccable pistes of this legendary Utah region. At the foot of the Silver Lake Express chairlift, the hotel offers ski-in-ski-out access, private ski lockers, a dedicated ski valet, and transportation to other local resorts such as Park City (where snowboarding is permitted).

Families are welcome with a ski season here that covers the Christmas, February half term and Easter holidays; excellent ski school provision; and spacious accommodation in Residences that boast a large kitchen, dining area and separate bedrooms.

Adults can head to the roof for a glass of wine in the hot tub with ski slope views, a fireside cocktail at the trendy Antler lounge or an award-winning “feast” at the The Goldener Hirsch Restaurant. After a day on the mountain a trip to the sauna to warm up, or an in-suite massage, are dreamy ways to unwind before dinner.

Most guests come here for the exceptional skiing opportunities. But there is plenty to enjoy besides; from dog sledding and snow tubing, to ice skating and shopping. And whether you’ve spent your day being active or not, a stop at the new Après Chalet for a gourmet Goldener hot chocolate and homemade Bavarian pretzel should definitely be on the cards.

With just 68 accommodations, this Silver Lake Village hotel has a homely, intimate feel. Your chosen space, be it a king room for two or a three-bedroom residence for your family, focuses on privacy in a contemporary retreat.
Set across two buildings, the rooms, suites and residences vary in size and amenities, but even at entry-level you can expect luxuries including a Nespresso coffee maker and walk-in rain shower.

For thrilling experiences there is heli-skiing, skiing with an Olympic-pro and First Tracks – where you’ll get access to the fresh powder first thing in the morning before anyone else.
Other winter activities include bobsledding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and snow tubing.

Wellness

The hotel puts the focus not just on experiencing the activities in nature’s playground on its doorstep; but also feeling like you’ve had a restful holiday.
As such you can book personalised spa treatments in the comfort of your room, or a private yoga session or sound therapy to start the day mindfully.
