Dating back to the Neolithic period, Paphos is a UNESCO World Heritage town, offering enthralling archaeological sites, historical treasures and superb, safe Blue Flag beaches. This mix of culture and seaside fun makes the city popular with families who crave a rich and varied holiday experience. Hire bikes and explore the area via Paphos’ many cycle paths; enjoy a day out at Aphrodite Water Park with its colossal slides and adventure playground; or you could see everything from meerkats to tigers, parrots to ostriches at the Paphos Zoo.

The charming town of Polis is surrounded by natural beauty and has long been the choice of Cypriots for their own summer holidays. It’s also the perfect base to explore the diverse landscape of dense forests, rocky outcrops and secluded beaches, as well as nearby coastal and hillside villages, where you’re sure to receive a genuine Greek Cypriot welcome along with a taste of native culture and cuisine. With some of Cyprus’s best snorkelling spots, be sure to explore the clear waters whilst staying here. Plus, older children and teens will love hiring buggies or quadbikes for the day to drive into the Akamas Mountains.
