The Residence

The Residence by Etihad is a jaw-dropping three-room suite in the sky, with living room, en-suite bathroom and bedroom with a double bed; making this decadent travel option perfect for a couple travelling together or anyone who desires the most spacious, luxurious in-flight experience going. With your own VIP Travel Concierge, the Etihad Butler and an Inflight Chef, you couldn't be in better hands.

First Class

First Class guests aboard an Etihad flight can expect all the perks of Business Class and much more. As soon as you step out of your chauffeur-driven car you'll be greeted by a Porter and Concierge, who will escort you to the exclusive First Class check-in service. Onboard, enjoy your own completely private suite or apartment in the sky, complete with slide-shut doors, wardrobe, personal entertainment touch screen and 6'8" fully-flat bed. Apartments can also be converted into doubles for couples travelling together. Complimentary loungewear, crisp cotton sheets and full-sized pillows and duvets are also provided. Dining options include a variety of exquisite à la carte dishes, as well as a delicious snack menu prepared to order by a private chef.

Business Class

Flying Business Class with Etihad is truly a delight, with a level of service akin to many first class offerings elsewhere. Your journey begins with a complimentary Etihad Chauffeur service, available at over 30 destinations. Once at the airport take advantage of the fast-track check-in and spend some time in the state-of-the-art lounges, with their all-day fine dining and complimentary Six Senses Spa luxury treatments. Onboard, the luxury continues. Super comfortable seating with inbuilt massager and 15-inch personal touch-screen converts into a spacious 73-inch fully-flat bed. Meanwhile, the flight's Dedicated Food & Beverage Manager is on hand to oversee the restaurant quality Dine Anytime options.

Economy Class

Committed to giving every guest an exceptional onboard experience, Etihad's Economy Class includes many little touches you'd expect from an upgraded ticket. Each passenger receives a complimentary amenity kit, including socks, ear-plugs and toothbrush. What's more, there are 750 hours of on-demand entertainment on your personal 11-inch touch-screen TV to enjoy, coupled with noise-cancelling headphones for an engrossing experience. Dining offers a 4-course meal with choice of three main dishes, while the onboard café service is on hand if you'd like a hot chocolate or cappuccino.

Flying Nanny

With parents and their children in mind, Etihad Airways provide a complimentary 'Flying Nanny' service on all long-haul flights. All nannies are approved by the UK's childcare training college and on-hand to offer advice and support during the flight, from helping to settle children for bed to keeping them entertained. On embarking, young fliers receive goody bags including games and activities, but the fun goes on with hand puppets, competitions and even face-painting…all while in the air!
