Located in Pasikuda, a quiet bay area with a long sandy beach is Uga Bay, a 46-room hotel with a Mediterranean and tropical style.

Designed in a semi-circle shape, all accommodations enjoy ocean views.

One-Bedroom Suites and the two-bedroom Bay Suite and Beach Villa are decorated with wooden floors and elegant furnishings. Uga Bay’s restaurant looks over the pool and out to the sea and here seafood caught by local fishermen can be enjoyed.

Private dining experiences in poolside cabanas, barbeques by the beach and in your room can be arranged too. As well as relaxing by the pool and beach, visit the underground Spa with views of the sea, for massages.

Nearby excursions to the Polonnaruwa UNESCO site, scuba diving to the World War 1 shipwreck and bicycle rides through villages can be organised as well as water sports activities including kayaking, windsurfing, snorkelling in coral reefs and jet skiing.

Beach Studio

- View Floor Plan Beach Studios, like all accommodations at Uga Bay, offer beach views but additionally have direct beach access. These are located on the ground floor and are equipped with air conditioning, DVD player, television, Wi-Fi, rain shower, tea/coffee maker, mini bar, in-room safe and hair dryer.

Ocean Studio

- View Floor Plan These Ocean Studios are located higher up and have a private balcony as well as the same amenities as the Beach Studios.

Bay Suite

The Bay Suite is an intimate two bedroom suite with an open air plunge pool, two bathrooms, living area and a 24 hour butler service is available too.

Beach Villa

The Beach Villa is a two story, two-bedroom chalet by the sea with bay views, private access to the beach, terrace, open air plunge pool, outdoor bar and living area.
