With the entire ground floor built on an even level too, the house has great levels of accessibility. Within the grounds, there is a separate building housing a fully equipped gym, garage, and storeroom.

Room Options

The spacious master room features a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and a dressing area. French doors open out to a private patio with a table and chairs, giving you a gorgeous view of the tropical gardens.

The other four-bedroom suites at Windward House are air-conditioned and have safes, as well as cable TV. The suites come with en suite bathrooms complete with marble finishes, double vanities, and rain showers.

At meal times you’ll enjoy food prepared by an experienced chef, who is happy to create menus to suit your preferences or rustle up Bajan classics for your dining delight. You could enjoy your meals in the dining pavilion, or inside around the grand dining table. Afterwards, if you wish, there’s a cosy media room where you can curl up and watch a movie.

The expansive private pool is a great location for lounging with a cocktail or taking a refreshing dip to cool off in the warm Bajan sun. Take time to go around the gardens, too, which are complete with an impressive lotus and koi water feature and ‘secret’ sitting areas with benches for guests; children will love exploring in complete safety.

There’s a separate, fully equipped gym within the grounds and if you’d like to hit the beach it’s only a five-minute drive away, with guests here having access to the exclusive Sandy Lane property owner’s beach. What’s more, all the nightlife, restaurants and boutique shops of trendy Holetown are just a 15-minute walk away.

Windward House is located on Sandy Lane to the west of the island and is half an hour's drive from Grantley Adams International Airport. You will have access to the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach Club, a property owner’s beach which is a 15-minute walk away from the villa. The exclusive club includes beach loungers, umbrellas, and complimentary Wi-Fi internet. You can buy drinks, lunch, and light snacks from the bar. Holetown is about a 5-minute drive away, offering duty-free shopping, restaurants, cinemas, and a supermarket. Banks and a medical centre are also nearby.
